A lot of your local screen printers, if you've had the pleasure of dealing with any, will give you an eye roll or a flat refusal if you request t-shirts printed with the "distressed" look, order more than a 4 color print, or request metallics or specialty inks. We are prepared to accommodate all of your wholesale custom orders with a smile. If you are buying 300+ shirts, we can even offer them custom dyed to your company's desired PMS color! We call that "PMS matched t-shirts" or "custom dyed t-shirts to match PMS" color. Remember how we mentioned that we can do more than a 4 color print? It's true. To do this, we use either a DTG (direct to garment) or a process called sublimation. It is perfect to print a piece of artwork, a photo, or a logo that has many colors. If we were to do a custom imprinted t-shirt by DTG, the minimum is just one piece, but the shirt would cost $25-40. You would be surprised how many people order these singles, because they are not like the ones that come out at your local mall kiosk, they are absolutely flawless. Sublimation is used for everything from t-shirts to full color printed beach towels to even the occasional ceiling tile. Once again, when it's done in the USA by a reputable supplier, but if you choose to go overseas for your sublimated beach towels or t-shirts, well...all we can say is keep our phone number handy.
Custom embroidered headwear is a strong seller that we group into the apparel category because a lot of the warehouses where we get our super low prices on top quality shirts also sell hats.
